When will I receive my order?
If you are in Ireland, you will receive your order within 3-5 working days
If you are in the UK or within the EU your parcel may take up to 10 working days.
If you are a bit further away, please allow up to 14 working days.
*Please note delivery times can vary at exceptionally busy times of the year.

*We offer FREE shipping for all orders over €150 within Ireland.

Standard shipping charge for items up to €149 within the Republic of Ireland is €4.95.

Standard shipping charge to the UK is €6.00.

Standard shipping charge within the EU is €15.00.

Standard shipping charge for the Rest of World is €20.00.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or tax fees in which THE POD COLLECTION unfortunately does not have control over and thus cannot be held responsible for. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order or visiting duty calculation websites such as https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/.

If the customer refuses to pay the duties/taxes imposed by their country and the parcel is returned to us as 'Return To Sender', shipping charges we incur both ways will be taken off any refunds requested on the customer's order.
