Refund policy

We love every piece in our collection and we hope you do too. However, in the case that you need to change the size or you would prefer to exchange it for something you're more suited to, or return it completely, that is no problem. We offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods, once the item has not been worn or used

We will exchange or refund goods within 7 days of receiving returns. Please note there can be a processing time on card refunds depending on which card provider used.

*All Items must be carefully packed and returned unused and in a resalable condition with original packing and tags still intact. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on briefs or soother clips.

To return an item, please print and fill our returns form making sure to include all details and post it back to us with the item(s) you are returning - Link to downloadable returns form is available on the footer of the website.

Please note: we strongly recommend using a traceable method (i.e. registered post) when returning goods to The POD Collection. Shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
