3 Scrumptious Summer Mocktails for you to Enjoy

To all those already with a bun in the oven, trying to become mamas and to all who are in the midst of nursing newborns summer social scenes can be a pain when everyone around you is having a drink but you. But don´t worry we are here to help and we have 3 delicious mocktails to share with you and trust us you won´t even miss the alcohol! These mocktails are super delicious that even your non pregnant guests will want to swap their regular cocktails for yours.

Raspberry Mint Limeade

2 cups (320g) frozen raspberries
1 1/2 (375ml)cups water
¼  cup (40g) cane sugar
8 mint sprigs, plus more for garnish
1 cup (250ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
3 cups (750ml) soda water
Place frozen raspberries in a saucepan. Add water and sugar then bring to a simmer reducing to medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until berries are very soft and almost dissolved. Stir in the mint sprigs, then remove pan from heat. Let cool, and discard mint. Strain and discard solids. Stir in lime juice. 
Divide juice among 6 glasses then top with soda water and mint sprigs.
Annnnd sip to your hearts content!

Non Alcoholic Sangria 

4 cups white grape juice (1l)
1/4 cup blueberries (40 g) + 3/4 cup blueberries (120 g)
1 cup orange juice (250 ml)
Juice of 1 lime + 2 limes
2 oranges
2 bananas
2 peaches
Blend the white grape juice with 1/4 cup blueberries. Pour this liquid mixture in a jar or bowl.  Add the orange and the lime juice. Stir until well mixed.  Place ice in a jar, add the liquid mixture, the chopped fruits (2 oranges, 2 bananas, 2 limes and 2 peaches) and 3/4 cup of blueberries.  Let it stand in the fridge for about 2 hours, then serve. Delish!

Ginger Basil Grapefruit Mimosa

1 grapefruit
Additional grapefruit for garnish
3 cans of ginger ale
¼ cup (250ml)basil simple syrup
Handful of fresh basil
Juice one large grapefruit. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice. Pour the ginger ale, Basil syrup and grapefruit juice and mix well. Simply, ready to enjoy.
